2. User Responsibilities

• Provide correct address & phone number
• Ensure technician access
• Check work before completion

3. Warranty Policy

• Gas Filling: 2 Months
• AC/Fridge/Washing Machine Repair: 2 Months
• Cleaning (Foam/Water): 1 Week
• AC Fitting/Removing: 1 Week

Warranty applies only for the same issue.

4. Payments

Pay directly to AS Refrigeration or assigned technician.

5. Refund Policy

Refund only if no technician has been assigned.
No refund after assignment.

6. Liability

Not responsible for:

• Pre-existing issues
• Customer-caused damage
• Technician misconduct outside service terms
